Assam Food Stall - Delhi

It can be said without hesitation that the assam Food Stall at the Dilli Haat is a huge disappointment when it comes to Assamese food. Though the kiosk does make a valiant attempt at tokenism, the Chicken Chowmein, Dal Makhni and Chicken Curry-Rice, which is the rage here, has more to do with exigencies of market forces than the cuisine of Assam. The Narikol Peetha and the Chicken/Pork in Bamboo Shoot is good but, for the rest, the Tenga-Anja and Khar is just about passable!
